THE JACK SUMMER PARTY

Join us on Tuesday 19th August from 5.30pm for a relaxed evening of tasty food and live music.

Now that we’re well into our second year running the pub, we wanted to say a big thank you to our team and to the local community for all their support. So we thought what better way than to assemble some of our fabulous friends (and extended Jack family) to help us put on a special night for our staff and customers.

We’ll have fresh, yummy wood-fired pizza from Pete and Lisa who are the parents of our talented chef Liv. Their family business (which also includes Laurie) is Flame Cave Pizza…. they’ll be serving from 6pm onwards. There’s also delicious ice cream from Miranda’s best friend (and former Jack waitress) Milly who, together with partner Hamish, runs Milly’s Ice Cream just over the border in sunny Lyme Regis. Live music will come straight from the sax of the talented Harry Sewter - he’s the older brother of Matt, our sous chef and pastry maestro. Harry will be playing a mix of easy listening and catchy pop songs in the courtyard between 6.30 and 8.30pm.

You’ll find us running the bar until late so there’ll be no excuses for an empty glass! Entry is free, we’ve got plenty of parking and plenty of space inside and out. Bring the whole family along, we can’t wait to share the Jack with you!
