As part of our ongoing work to teach the children of West Hill all about food miles, freshness and seasonality Matthew was delighted to return again to Darts Farm on July 15th. This time around it was the turn of Class 5 to benefit from some hands on training learning how to bake bread and all the stages that lead up to that magic moment of opening the oven door. As you'll see from the pictures all the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves, acquiring some valuable skills along the way and getting flour everywhere!
