Karl and Julia offer elegant and luxurious accommodation in probably the most convenient location for anyone wishing to travel in and out of the Airport or wanting to spend time in the Exeter Area on business or pleasure. Located less than 1 mile from the terminal entrance, the Old Rectory is just 5 minutes from the M5 and 2 minutes from the A30. Free transfers to and from Exeter airport can be easily arranged.
The lovely old house dates back centuries and is tucked away at the end of a long gravel drive in over an acre of grounds. It has been lovingly restored and each bedroom has digital TV with Freeview, free internet connection, Egyptian cotton sheets and pocket sprung mattresses. All the bedrooms are on the first floor and shower/bath rooms feature Spanish ceramic tiles, sandstone, glass and chrome heated towel radiators.
Arrival can be any time after 3.30pm and Karl and Julia serve a complimentary cream tea to their guests each afternoon. A full West Country Breakfast is also included and is served in the dining room between 7.30am and 9am. Produce is sourced locally and dietary needs are catered for with notice.
